During our time together, we will explore your struggles and challenges in achieving the life you want and devise strategies to overcome those challenges or struggles so that you can create long-lasting habits. We will also explore your strengths as a tool to help you succeed.  Addressing those will lead you in being able to make long lasting habits to succeed in your health journey.

 

We will focus on:

 

Nutrition & Food- Learn about the nutritional value of different types of food and how they can impact your health and weight. Discover how you best make changes in your food choice in a way that does not deprive you of your favorite food but allows you to be healthy, lose weight, and raise healthy families.

 

Your Emotions/mindset- Explore how your emotions or mindset can be influencing your health. Discover tools you can use to shift your emotions or mindset in a more positive that will allow for growth

 

Goal setting/time management- Learning how you can be successful in today’s busy world by setting up small goals and building on those goals to create the lasting result you dream of. Setting up a schedule as a tool to keep you on track and to see opportunities where you are able to create a new habit.

 

Physical Activity/Exercise-Discuss how to incorporate physical activity into your life that feels aligned to you. Help you explore what physical activity/exercise you enjoy and how to make it a consistent part of your life. 

 

Self-care-Learning the importance of self-care, the different type of self-care, and the benefits of daily self-care with your health. Through our time we will explore what type of self-care you enjoy and find ways to incorporate it into your busy life.
